PEMANFAATAN METODE AHP DAN TOPSIS PADA PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER BAHAN BAKU UMKM

Abstract

Studi ini akan menunjukkan bahwa metode pengambilan keputusan AHP dan TOPSIS dapat digunakan secara bersama untuk menentukan suatu pilihan dari beberapa alternatif. Studi ini mengambil kasus pada pemilihan beberapa supplier bahan mentah yang dilakukan oleh PJT COLLECTION. Kriteria pemilihan dipilih langsung oleh owner menggunakan dasar 23 kriteria Dickson dan muncul 8 dari 23 kriteria yang terpilih yaitu kualitas, harga, Garansi and Kebijakan klaim, perilaku, lokasi, gaya berkomunikasi, kemampuan pengemasan dan impresi. Pengolahan data menggunakan software Microsoft Excel 2016 dan Expert Choice 11.0. Terdapat 3 supplier yang digunakan oleh PJT COLLECTION yaitu UD. Galaxy 21, Haji Kudhori dan Haji Wahab. Hasil penilaian dan perhitungan pada metode AHP memunculkan bobot prioritas pada setiap kriteria dengan urutan kriteria kualitas (0,1626), harga (0,2823), kemampuan pengemasan (0,0811), lokasi geografis (0,1884), gaya berkomunikasi (0,0759), perilaku (0,0689), impresi (0,0743)dan garansi dan kebijakan klaim (0,0661). Hasil olahan data dan perhitungan dengan metode TOPSIS menunjukkan nilai preferensi untuk tiap Supplier dengan urutan UD. Galaxy 21 (0,9746), Haji Kudhori (0,1087) dan Haji Wahab (0,0058).
